1. Operator and agreement
SonicMail is provided by Ojo AI, Inc., incorporated in Delaware, United States. These Terms govern access to sonicmail.si and the SonicMail service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind that business. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Contact ibrahim@ojoai.us with questions about these Terms, privacy or deletion.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and grant workspace access only to authorized people. You are responsible for instructions and actions taken by users you authorize. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Membership in a workspace does not grant access to another person’s private connected mailbox.
Access may depend on an invitation, workspace authorization, provider consent or other enabled account requirements. A connected provider or an OAuth approval does not independently grant access to SonicMail.
3. Service and authorized automation
SonicMail supports company discovery, research, lead organization, mailbox conversations, outreach and connected advertising workflows. Availability depends on implemented and enabled features, provider approval and account configuration.
Connecting a mailbox or advertising account grants access for the disclosed functionality; it does not by itself activate outreach or authorize advertising expenditure. Activating automation authorizes work within the audience, business offer, content, objective, schedule and limits you configure. Routine eligible work within that authorization does not require per-message review. Manual campaigns retain their explicit activation flow.
You can pause or stop new work through the available controls. Previously submitted messages cannot be recalled. Actions already accepted by a provider, or advertising charges already incurred, may remain effective after you pause or disconnect.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You grant Ojo AI, Inc. permission to process, store, transmit and display that content only as needed to provide the service and carry out your authorized instructions, subject to the Privacy Policy and connected-provider restrictions.
You must have the rights, permissions and lawful basis required to provide data, upload materials, contact recipients and run advertising. You are responsible for your business offer, targeting, sender identity, content and the accuracy of statements made on your behalf. Uploading content does not authorize use of another person’s intellectual property or personal information beyond those permissions.
5. Acceptable use and outreach
Do not use SonicMail for spam, deceptive communications, impersonation, harassment, fraud, unlawful discrimination, phishing, malware or infringement of another person’s rights. Do not circumvent provider limits, security controls, access restrictions, suppression records or opt-outs. Do not upload credentials or unnecessarily sensitive information.
Honor unsubscribe requests and applicable marketing, privacy and advertising rules. Gmail commercial sending requires recorded recipient consent; connecting Gmail does not authorize unsolicited commercial mail. An imported email address, domain check or owner instruction does not establish recipient consent. Provider and SonicMail sending controls may prevent otherwise configured work from proceeding.
6. Research and generated content
Business information, contact data and generated drafts can be inaccurate, outdated or incomplete. Recorded facts, inferences and unknowns have different meanings. Email syntax and domain checks do not establish that a mailbox exists or that a particular person is still employed by a company.
Provider acceptance does not prove delivery. SonicMail does not guarantee leads, inbox placement, responses, sales, campaign approval or advertising results. Use the available evidence and controls to establish an appropriate authorized scope for your business.
7. Connected providers and advertising
Google, Microsoft and other connected providers apply their own terms, consent requirements, account policies and limits. They may restrict or discontinue access. SonicMail cannot grant provider verification, override an organization’s administrator or guarantee continued access to an external service.
Advertising requires explicit authorization of the advertiser account, objective, campaign scope and budget. The advertising provider determines billing and serving behavior. Google Ads average daily budgets and platform pacing are not a guaranteed hard monthly spending ceiling. SonicMail applies its available budget and pause controls, but reporting delays and provider behavior can affect when charges are observed or stopped.
8. Prices and separately authorized charges
Charges apply only where they have been expressly presented and accepted. Any separately accepted order or purchase terms govern the specified prices, usage charges, payment obligations, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions. You must have authority to approve those charges for your business.
Advertising charges and other third-party charges require your applicable authorization and are determined by the connected provider. Connecting an account alone does not authorize a purchase, subscription or advertising spend.
9. Privacy, disconnection and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains data processing, mailbox disconnection, active-system deletion, backup expiration and minimal suppression records. You may revoke provider access independently and use the available deletion controls. Workspace deletion affects shared workspace records and members; original provider mail and unrelated workspaces remain separate.
If your organization requires a separate data-processing agreement or other contractual arrangements, contact us before providing data that requires them. A separate agreement applies only when accepted by the authorized parties.
10. Restrictions and ending use
We may restrict activity as necessary to address suspected abuse, security risks, unlawful use or provider requirements. Where appropriate, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to contact us. You can stop using the service, disconnect providers and request deletion.
Ending access does not undo actions already submitted to a provider or cancel charges already incurred under an authorized purchase or campaign. Data handling after disconnection or deletion follows the Privacy Policy.
11. Availability and responsibilities
SonicMail is an evolving service. Features, supported providers and reasonable operational limits may change. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. You remain responsible for your accounts, lawful use, authorized instructions and business decisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, liabilities or obligations that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. Any separately agreed service commitments continue to apply according to their terms.
12. Software and branding
Ojo AI, Inc. and its licensors retain their rights in the SonicMail software and branding. These Terms allow you to use the available service for your authorized business purposes; they do not transfer ownership of the software, permit unauthorized access or grant rights to represent that you are affiliated with Ojo AI, Inc.
13. Changes and contact
The date above identifies the current version. We will communicate material changes through the service or an appropriate account contact. Additional terms apply only when they have been separately presented and accepted. Questions about these Terms may be sent to ibrahim@ojoai.us.
